\nARCHITECTUS Custom\u00a0Residential Studio was created for the purpose of\u00a0bringing together a team of professionals who\u00a0have the design and construction expertise to produce top quality residential estate projects.\u00a0\u00a0Ideal project types range from 4,000 s.f. to 12,000 s.f. in size and have a construction budget\u00a0between\u00a0$250 to\u00a0$450 per square foot.\u00a0\u00a0 The ARCHITECTUS Custom\u00a0Residential Studio team likes to serve their residential clients with\u00a0the highest level\u00a0of personal service; therefore, this studio only\u00a0executes two to three projects of this type per\u00a0year.\u00a0 Upon careful review and selection\u00a0smaller projects\u00a0would be considered.<\/p>\n
