For select projects and clients, where the owner needs assistance managing multi-prime contracts with contractors, ARCHITECTUS can assist the owner with construction management services in accordance with AIA Documents B-132 or B-144, which ever one best applies. By offering these services ARCHITECTUS provides owners with a single point of contact throughout the construction process. PROJECT MANAGEMENT
For clients which are unfamiliar with the project planning, design and construction process or who simply do not have the time and/or resources to manage their own projects, ARCHITECTUS can assist the owner with overall project management services.
